Teila greeted us with empathy and allowed us to come right in for treatment. Dr. Dan was super quick to diagnose and provide treatment for pain relief. Nurse Brittaney was very caring and compassionate and administered excellent care. So glad to have this first class urgent care right here on Belmont Avenue in Liberty.

They got me in fast, front desk attendant was professional and nice, Brittaney made coming to the doctor a fun experience with her humor, the x-ray tech was nice and Wanda made a quick diagnosis after taking the time to run all tests. She also explained everything and encouraged me to ask questions. Sad to say, I enjoyed my visit to this QuickMed.

Brittany, the nurse and the Dr/provider that helped me were professional, thorough and friendly. The visit took a short amount of time. I have been to other UCs and this has the friendliest and most thorough staff.

I tried to come into this quick med, thinking that I would be served in a timely manner. I was sick couching and just needed some care. I walked in and some lady was eating a sandwich and refused to help me because she was “on lunch”. She was talking to her buddy and neither one of them were interested in helping me while I was sitting there coughing. Mind you I was the only one in the waiting area at this time. Total wait time 45 minutes. I don’t know what the owner is thinking hiring these intolerable people. DO NOT COME HERE.

I’ve been to this location a few times! I’ve never waited over half an hour! Nurse Practitioners are very knowledgeable, and send back test results quickly! If possible, I always go to QUICKMed instead of the Emergency Room! Thank you for the great service!

Staff was unorganized but Lena the NP was incredible. She answered all my questions clearly and took the time to hear my concerns. She removed stitches for me easy and quick! A+ care

I sprained my ankle. When I went to the urgent care they got me back so fast. I was in and out in less then an hour. Best Urgent Care ever.

Unprofessional. Felt like I was being treated as a drug seeker because of way I was dressed. Took cxr, gave a shot and sent me on my way. Here i am next day, still sick and still in pain. I should have waited to get appt with my doctor but the pain i was experiencing was concerning. Lesson learned.
